Team Spotlight: Juan Cruz, Production Manager

We’re excited to introduce Juan Cruz, our Production Manager! 🎉

Juan joined Aleo Lighting two years ago and is responsible for supervising production staff, maintaining quality control, and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. With extensive experience in the glass manufacturing industry, Juan also enforces safety compliance, ensuring a secure and productive work environment.

Outside of work, Juan has a wide range of passions. He enjoys reading, with a favorite being The Prince by Niccolò Machiavelli, and practicing mixed martial arts. A big sports fan, he loves watching boxing matches and soccer games. He’s also skilled in computer programming, reflecting his curiosity and drive to keep learning. 🥋⚽📚
